First things first: This book is not about Aleister Crowley. The author uses Crowley's name just to lure readers into buying her boring story .What a terribly insipid book! Some of the most unrealistic dialogues I've seen in a while, excessively ornate writing, and it had no emotion whatsoever. Clues to solve the mystery were too forced. I really disliked how the author just threw a bunch of info about things instead of weaving it into the story; she would rather have a character say "Well, I'm sure you already know that..." and just obturate readers with information. Overall, a total waste of time and money.
