Can't remember how I ended up ordering this book, but I'm glad I did. It's a really entertaining story! A. Lee Martinez takes the canon elements of epic stories (magical creatures, knights, evil guys, etc.) and give them a cheeky twist. The dialogues are good, the characters are interesting and have humorous interactions, the plot is pretty straightforward, the story not too long, the romance not too corny... All in all, no complaints from me.
